This position is expected to employ sound lending skills, maximize potential profits and follow policies for effective collection of accounts. This position is also responsible for providing excellent customer service which is an integral part of marketing the branch and Company.Hourly Pay range: $17 - $20Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist an entire state with loan applications, call volume flows, and other processes as deemed within the Field Support Program.Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers on the phone and in the office with:QuestionsConcernsProduct availability and knowledge of the productServices past due accounts per Company policies, including:Completing call route dailyPerforming skip-tracing on select accountsUpdates information at each customer contact, including:Update the borrower’s recordService loans (renewal, referral, increase, etc.)Promote all products available including tax preparationTakes loan application and processes for approval/denialPosts payments (cash, money order, check, debit card, inter-branch)Prepares loan documents and executes loan closing on current renewal loansBalances assigned cash drawer dailyPrepares and completes the daily branch bank depositSecurely transports operating cash, interim deposits, and daily branch bank deposits to and from a bank in accordance with Company policiesMaintains daily delinquency reportsCompletes weekly progress reportsAssists with making and understanding monthly/yearly branch operating standardsMaintains an organized, clean, and professional work environmentCompletes weekly training on World U and any additional assigned training requirementsAssists with training other AssociatesOther duties include but are not limited to:Call approved and unmade applications to close the loanFollow the Former Borrower paid out program dailySend complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of applicationPay branch expenses as instructed by Branch ManagerThe Field Support Specialist is also responsible for completing additional duties assigned by the Branch Manager (or above) as long as they are within Company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Qualifications for the Field Support Specialist is as follows:Must have reliable personal transportation to perform essential job duties, including transporting operating cash and daily deposits to and from a bankMust possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required to perform assigned dutiesEducation and/or Experience:High school diploma, preferably with a college level degree, or equivalent work experienceMust be licensed or have the ability to obtain licensing to sell insurance productsMust be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skillsMust be able to work well with a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customersTo perform this job successfully, team member must have basic computer skills.Physical and Environmental RequirementsOffice‑based role with standard lighting and noise levelsCombination of stationary work and regular movement throughout the office, including occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, and similar activitiesOccasional light lifting, pushing, or pulling of office materials (generally up to 30 pounds)Ability to perform computer work, handle documents, and communicate information effectivelyFast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines; requires professionalism, adaptability, collaboration, and multitaskingFrequent interaction with customers and coworkers; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronicallyMay perform incidental tasks to help maintain a professional office environmentOccasional local travel to off‑site locations as required for business purposesRegular in-person attendance during scheduled work hours is essential; occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required based on business needsDisclaimers:World Finance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides reasonable accommodation(s) to qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable state and local laws.
