Follow Up Analyst Supervisor

The Follow Up Analyst Supervisor is responsible for participating in the daily operations associated with plant production control activities, including inbound parts management and follow-up, and material inventory accuracy. This role directly supports daily production; the individual is responsible for mitigating material inventory concerns without impacting plant throughput performance. The Supervisor also manages a cross‑functional team of salaried bargaining employees, accountable for employee hiring, training, performance, and retention. Additionally, the Supervisor participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Industrial Systems activities. Responsibilities Manpower Management – address salary bargaining employee absenteeism, training, performance, and Stellantis Industrial Systems involvement. Investigate and root cause receiving and inventory discrepancies, implementing robust countermeasures to minimize production impacts. Participate in inventory management activities, including the Annual Physical Inventory (API) audit, Excess and Obsolete (E&O) material mitigation, and parts record integrity. Manage and mitigate financial transactions associated with production control operations. Interact with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Production, and external partners to resolve top issues. Interact with all levels of the organization, including bargaining and non‑bargaining hourly and salaried employees, as well as executive leadership. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Lean manufacturing knowledge and application. Ability to direct the workforce and deliver results on key performance indicators. Experience resolving employee conflicts with professionalism and integrity. Excellent oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. Availability to work any shift and overtime as required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on production control, supply chain, or material handling.
