Associate Health Clinical Secretary / HR Assistant , per diem

Schedule: This position is intended to provide flexible, as-needed coverage for front desk and administrative functions. The successful candidate should have reliable availability during typical business hours (generally 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and be able to provide coverage for call-outs, staffing gaps, and periods of increased workload, sometimes on short notice. Availability should be sufficient to meet the operational needs of the department, recognizing that hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on need.

Pay Range: $19.50 - $24.00, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clerically manages all Associates arriving at Associate Health while supporting day-to-day operations across Associate Health and Associate Services/HR.
• Responsible for customer registration, answering telephone calls, creating and maintaining computerized health and HR files, issuing health system ID badges, and providing excellence in customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Assists with health fairs, flu clinics, processing employment verification requests, entering system data, and providing cross-functional departmental support as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Strong computer knowledge and working knowledge of medical terminology needed.
• Associate Degree preferred.

Pay Range: $19.50 - $24.00

Starting Rate: Based on experience.
