System Kleen Complete Restoration is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Water Damage Mitigation Technician.

This is a full-time, hands-on position with steady, year-round work. Experience in restoration or construction is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person . If you show up, work hard, communicate well, and want to learn a valuable trade, there is room to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to residential and commercial water damage projects
• Extract standing water and assist with emergency mitigation
• Remove affected drywall, flooring, insulation, baseboards, and other damaged materials
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other restoration equipment
• Take moisture readings and monitor the drying process
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and microbial remediation work
• Take photos and document work performed at each job
• Load, unload, clean, and maintain equipment
• Keep company vehicles and job sites clean and organized
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and other team members

• Reliable and able to show up on time
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in homes, apartments, commercial buildings, crawlspaces, and other job-site environments
• Valid driver's license
• Able to safely lift and move restoration equipment and building materials
• Willing to participate in occasional after-hours or emergency response work
