Looking for an opportunity to be the face of a vibrant and welcoming dining experience? Ciqala Suites & Eter Rooftop, located in beautiful San Juan, PR, is searching for a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a Host. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you!

As a Host, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for our guests' dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, hospitable attitude.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow.
• Coordinating with front-of-house staff and management to maintain an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with our restaurant’s high standards.
• Staying attentive to guest needs and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.

We’re seeking someone who embodies professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Flexible availability , including the ability to work long shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout your shift.
• A polished, professional appearance that reflects our restaurant’s standards.
• A patient, attentive, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Effective, fluent communication skills (bilingual abilities are a plus!).
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.
