**This job is NOT Remote. All tasks are performed in our Production area.

Overview

The Production Team Associate is responsible for repackaging products in the production area while maintaining strict quality control and safety standards. This role supports daily production goals by working efficiently, accurately, and collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully on-site and involves repetitive tasks that require attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Production Team Area

  • Repackage products according to established company guidelines.
  • Maintain quality control standards while repackaging to ensure all products meet the company's specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail : Ability to maintain high standards for product packaging and labeling.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Stamina : Capable of performing repetitive tasks and standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Time Management : Strong organizational skills to meet daily production targets.

Work Environment

  • Schedule : M-F with occasional overtime
  • Location : On-site in the production area.
  • Safety Standards : Adherence to company safety protocols is mandatory while handling products and equipment.
