Overview Maintenance Specialist at Pactiv Evergreen in Malvern, AR. Hiring immediately. Shift: 12‑hour rotating (every 10 weeks). 07:00AM – 07:00PM, 07:00PM – 07:00AM, 2/2/3 schedule. Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs/maintains all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process including trim presses, extruders, formers, and grinders. Modifies new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades. Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Responsible for ensuring housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility are safe, clean and tidy. Follows all Company established rules and policies. Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalency; 3–5 years related experience; 2‑year Electrical Technology degree; Residential/Commercial License preferred. Knowledgeable in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading (mechanical/electrical), and have knowledge of AC and DC drive systems required. Previous electrical experience with troubleshooting capabilities; previous mechanical experience with troubleshooting capabilities; knowledge of PLCs is required.
