Overview We are a fast-growing, client-focused wealth management firm seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Advisor to help scale our high-touch service model. This role is ideal for a fiduciary-minded professional with 8–10+ years of experience , a portable AUM of $25M+ , and a proven ability to deliver strategic, personalised advice to high-net-worth individuals ( $1M+ investable assets). As we grow, we’re committed to maintaining the boutique-level service that defines us. You’ll play a key role in both managing existing relationships and absorbing new clients from our active referral pipeline. We operate under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) , offering structure, accountability, and collaborative growth across our wealth, tax, and insurance divisions.
