This working foreman role provides on-site leadership while performing hands-on tasks including equipment operation, trenching, installation, and site preparation. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, and travel to job sites—including overnight out-of-town assignments—is required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Lead a crew on buried power construction projects * Maintain a safe job site and ensure crew compliance with safety procedures * Plan and schedule daily work to meet production goals * Perform hands-on tasks alongside the crew * Conduct job-site and equipment inspections * Communicate project expectations and progress with management and customers * Support a team-oriented work environment and encourage crew development and growth * Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions * Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required * Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed COMPANY BENEFITS - We Invest In You — your career, your success, and your future.
