Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care in a Med Surg Acute setting, covering for leave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions and implementing effective treatment plans to enhance recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi and have prior Acute/Hospital experience.
