Job Summary:

We are seeking a certified Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide pediatric speech therapy services in a supportive medical daycare setting. The therapist will primarily work with children from birth to 3 years old, with occasional patients up to age 21 based on medical need.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients.
• Primarily work with children from birth to 3 years old.
• Complete evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing therapy based on individual patient needs.
• Work independently with pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with nurses, nursing assistants, and other therapy professionals.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and follow applicable regulations and standards.
• Work with children with a variety of medical complexities.

Education, Licensure & Experience:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Must have completed the required supervisory year and be able to work independently.
• Pediatric therapy experience is required.
• Experience working with medically complex children is preferred.
• New graduates who have not completed their supervisory year are not eligible.
• Speech Therapy Assistants are not accepted.
