Overall supervision includes proper planning, forecasting, training and operational efficiency with regards to employee utilization, logistical processes and employee administrative functions. We will count on you to be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships within Insight and its partners and clients. Teammates will follow all Insight policies and procedures. Along the way, you will get to:Plan, manage and coordinate personnel and processes within the operations areaResponsible for metric and SLA adherence reporting to all levels of the organizationReports all business activities to accurately measure business trends to management for sound business decisionsResponsible for driving operational efficiencies by constantly evaluating processes, procedures and systems.
