DT Project Manager (Hybrid)

Job Overview Position: Project Manager – Digital Technology Program Management Team Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – remote with future on‑site component) Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 (USD) Key Responsibilities Communicate and manage project vision with the project leadership team to align scope, commitments, and customer expectations. Define deliverables, scope of work, and develop detailed project schedules, ensuring value to the customer and achievement of business objectives. Build effective project teams, establish relationships across impacted departments, and instill accountability in team members. Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals. Apply project‑management principles including financial management, scope and schedule control, risk and opportunity mitigation, critical problem solving, and variance/root‑cause analysis to ensure timely delivery of product capabilities that meet customer requirements. Escalate issues and proposed plans to leadership, summarizing key information for senior‑level decision making. Manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time‑management practices to meet operational objectives. Participate in continuous process improvement and lean initiatives. Required Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in project management of infrastructure, security, and software development initiatives. Proven ability to build and manage project schedules using MS Project. U.S. citizenship or permanent residence (Green Card) – no immigration sponsorship necessary. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Advanced degree (or 4+ years experience with a bachelor’s degree) in a related field. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a government and/or manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP/ERP systems. Experience with M&A projects. Familiarity with multiple project methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and Scrum. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
