• Total outpatient position joining a team of 2 Providers and growing
• New office in the medical building on the hospital campus
• This location offers Express Care, Diagnostic Imaging (x-ray, ultrasound, mammography), Lab, Primary Care (Internal Medicine and Family Medicine), and a rotation of specialty services such as orthopedics, cardiology, and urology

• Compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary for your first 2 years of employment, transitioning to a productivity plan starting in year 3.
