ConciergeA part time Concierge/Front Desk Clerk position has become available for one of our communities Broadview and Woodcliffe located in Baltimore, MD. The hours for this position are 3:30 PM - Midnight. Hours may include weekend days. Additional hours may be needed for other shift coverage. Holiday hours may be required.Our Concierge must possess excellent customer service skills. The Concierge is responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties, including greeting guests, signing them in and out of the building, answering phones along with various other office duties. If you have the experience and skills we are searching for please submit your resume today! EOEJob requirements include:Excellent customer relation skills desiredHave working knowledge of proper phone etiquetteModerate computer knowledge neededMust be able to monitor security camerasPossess organizational skills and have a general knowledge of office dutiesUpbeat "can-do" attitudePleasant and professional demeanor at all timesHours needing coverage are 3:30 PM - Midnight - hours may include weekend work -- have the availability to cover other shifts as neededMust be able to work on Holidays should they fall within the scheduled shifts.
