The facility is equipped with the latest therapy tools and technologies that facilitate effective interventions and improve patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for a diverse clientele, including children with developmental conditions and adults recovering from surgeries.Develop, execute, and periodically reassess individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring their recovery goals are met.Utilize electronic documentation systems to maintain accurate patient records, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.Provide education and support to patients and their families, guiding them through the recovery process while addressing any challenges that arise.Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care approaches for patients benefitting from multiple services.Contribute to the achievement of clinic utilization goals and business objectives through high-quality care and customer service.Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on best practices to continue elevating our service standards.Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient demographic is varied, encompassing individuals of all ages, from children to senior adults. Our therapists are trained to work with patients of different races and ethnicities, ensuring inclusive and personalized treatment plans.
