The firm works with both publicly traded and privately held companies across a range of industries and holds itself to the highest professional standards, regularly undergoing PCAOB inspections and peer reviews. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Conduct audit, review, and compilation procedures including substantive testing and analytical procedures to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial information Prepare reports on completed audit engagements Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams throughout the engagement process Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field 5+ years of experience in an audit role within a public accounting firm CPA license or actively pursuing CPA exam completion preferred Strong understanding of audit methodology, risk assessment, and applicable professional standards PCAOB, public company, or Big 4 experience preferred but not required at the senior level Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously For immediate consideration, please contact Gatlin Johnson or Gage Plueger directly.
