Night Shift Floor Care Technician

Position Description/Summary: The Building People, LLC, has a position open for an overnight floor tech who will be responsible for. Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces. Tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning. Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies. Qualified candidates will have experience with stripping, waxing and buffing floors in a commercial setting. patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. the ability to work on your own. customer service skills. to be thorough and pay attention to detail. knowledge of public safety and security. physical fitness and endurance. the ability to organize your time and workload. #J-18808-Ljbffr
