In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll:
- Lead and Inspire
- Supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals
- Oversee daily operations of a group home, ensuring smooth, person-centered care
- Foster Collaboration
- Facilitate staff and team meetings focused on creative problem-solving
- Champion Quality Care
- Monitor health, wellness, and medication administration
- Support individuals with daily routines, timely medication, and household tasks
- Create Opportunities
- Encourage community engagement and meaningful experiences
- Administrative Oversight
- Manage payroll, billing, and compliance with precision and oversee daily and monthly schedules for the program.
- Cultivate strong connections with families, team members, and the individuals we support
What We’re Looking For
The ideal addition to our team will bring:
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities
- A proactive mindset and logistical savvy
- A deep understanding of direct support fundamentals, with a focus on promoting independence and choice
- Ability to pass all required background checks, including criminal history
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a human services or related setting
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation with current insurance coverage meeting minimum limits of $100,000/$300,000
- Compliance with all required healthcare worker vaccination regulations
