Sr. Technical Program Manager

Position Summary Senior Technical Program Manager to support a transformational, multi-stakeholder strategic initiative focused on building the future of insurance technology. The role leads complex, transformational strategic programs spanning multiple teams, ensuring execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, technical dependency management, and transparent reporting. Responsibilities Accountable for planning and managing a group of related activities across multiple teams from inception through delivery. Partner with Technical, Product, Business and Architectural leadership to define technically sound solutions on time, on budget, and meeting quality standards. Manage program roadmap, dependencies, and KPIs to track progress. Maintain technical debt oversight and identify risks and opportunities. Lead across multiple agile teams; coordinate complex designs and propose simplified solutions. Focus on customer experience, regulatory requirements, and delivery processes. Advise engineers and teams on trade‑off decisions and risk mitigation. Identify and resolve blocking issues, anticipate bottlenecks, and manage contingencies. Communicate program status to senior leadership concisely and professionally. Contribute to program management best practices and standards. Qualifications 10+ years of program management experience and leading large software delivery. 6+ years overseeing large scale tech budgets, timelines, and processes. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data‑driven and results‑oriented. Experience delivering with an agile methodology, including SAFe managed teams. Organizational and coordination skills with multi‑tasking capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across cross‑functional teams. Demonstrated leadership in prioritization, clear communication, and motivating collaboration. Bachelor's degree in a technical or operations discipline or equivalent experience. Salary Annual Salary $130,000.00 – $260,000.00 (general guideline; final offer based on experience, education, and market).
