About the Role: We are looking for a passionate, friendly, professional, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Fairfax, VA. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the friendly face and voice of our company, making a real difference in the lives of our clients and employees every day. You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, responding to text messages and emails, assisting clients and caregivers, scheduling services, and providing excellent customer service. In addition, you will perform general administrative and office support tasks, including data entry, maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, updating client and employee information, organizing electronic files, and completing other clerical duties as assigned. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to multitask. If you are a team player and love helping people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to clients and employees inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person
• Assist with general administrative and office support duties
• Resolve client questions/concerns with empathy and efficiency and communicate those to management team
• Maintain accurate records of client and employee interactions using internal systems
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate client and employee records
• Prepare, update, and organize electronic documents and office files
• Protect confidential client and employee information and comply with HIPAA and company policies

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service, client relations, or related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Warm, professional, and empathetic demeanor
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience in healthcare or home care (preferred but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.00 per hour
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
