Software Engineer, Agent Builder

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a high-agency, self-directed person who can drive results in an autonomous environment and overcome obstacles to create customer impact.

• We are looking for at least 4 years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• We need someone comfortable building and shipping full-stack solutions.
• We require a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extra experience building AI-enabled products is a plus.
• A strong sense of design is preferred.
• Experience with Go and TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases is preferred.
• Leadership experience on technical projects or teams is a plus.

• We will have you design simulation and benchmarking systems to test AI agents across a wide range of real-world scenarios.
• We will have you create intuitive no-code content management tools that let users guide and evaluate AI agents.
• We will have you adapt software development practices for AI agents with non-deterministic behavior, natural language interaction, and dependence on large language models.
• We will have you help accelerate agent creation with generative tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
• We will have you explore self-improving systems based on real-world interactions, customer feedback, and self-play.
