Licensed Practical NurseMainspring Recovery is a mission-driven behavioral health organization built on the belief that healing happens when the right people are in the room. We provide care across multiple levels, including Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP), supporting individuals and families throughout the recovery process.We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care, ensuring that all standards of care are met, and working collaboratively with other behavioral healthcare professionals. The LPN will provide general clinical care and supervision to residential clients.The pay range for this position is $30 - $35 per hour, set in good faith based on the responsibilities of the role, qualifications, and market conditions.Education / CredentialsMust hold a current Virginia state LPN license and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the standards of the state of Virginia.ExperienceMinimum of 6 months of Licensed Practical Nurse clinical experience.Mental health and residential substance use disorder nursing experience preferred.Knowledge / SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to visually assess patient's behavior and distinguish changes in emotions and conditions.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Able to work independently and with a team.Working ConditionsDirect care positionFull-time, Part-time, 24-40 hours per week, weekdays and/or weekends vary based on shifts available - inquire to learn more, some holidaysFull-time, 8:30am-5:00pmFull-time, 8:30am-7:00pmFull-time, 11:30am-10:00pmPart-time, 7:00pm-7:30amPRN (Shifts vary based on needs)Equal Employment Opportunity StatementMainspring is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
