Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Fredericksburg, PADepartment: Human Resources – HR GeneralistReports To: HR Business PartnerPosition SummaryThe HR Generalist serves as a key member of the HR Service Center, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers. This role provides day-to-day HR support, ensures accurate HRIS and employee data management, supports onboarding and employee experience initiatives, and triages HR inquiries to appropriate Centers of Excellence (e.g., LOA/WC, Payroll, Total Rewards).This position transitions from administrative support to a more proactive, employee-facing HR role focused on service delivery, process consistency, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Service Delivery & Employee SupportServe as the primary front-line HR contact for employee and manager inquiriesProvide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programsTriage and route complex issues to appropriate HR functions (LOA/WC, Payroll, HRBP, etc.)Ensure timely and consistent resolution of employee concernsHR Operations & Data ManagementMaintain and audit employee records in HRIS for accuracy and complianceProcess employee transactionsSupport documentation and tracking of HR activities and workflowsGenerate reports and support the tracking of HR metricsEmployee ExperienceEnhance employee experience through consistent communication and supportSend out and analyze employee satisfaction surveysConduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadersAssist in monitoring organizational cultureProcess Coordination & Continuous ImprovementSupport standardized HR processes across locationsIdentify in efficiencies and recommend process improvementsAssist in implementation of HR programs and initiativesMaintain HR forms, templates, and documentationCross-Functional SupportPartner with Payroll, HRIS, and Total Rewards teams to ensure data integritySupport training and development coordination as neededProvide administrative and operational support to HRBP teamQualificationsEducation & ExperienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred2+ years of HR or administrative experience (HR environment preferred)Skills & CompetenciesBilingual (Spanish & English) RequiredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
