At SkyRite , we build custom signs that become part of our customers' identity. But those signs don't stand tall or last long without strong welds behind them. That's where you come in. As a Welder, your job is to lay down clean, solid, dependable welds that hold up to wind, weight, and time. If you grew up on a farm or in a shop where welding was just part of life...and you learned the right way by doing it over and over...this job might feel a whole lot like home. We're looking for that kind of steady hand and common-sense work ethic.

What You'll Actually Do

• MIG weld steel (and other metal) sign structures
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists
• Measure, prep, and align parts for accurate welding
• Perform quality welds with consistency, safety, and speed
• Keep your tools and area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

• At least 2 years of MIG welding experience
• Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints, and weld symbols •
• Strong attention to detail and safety •
• Positive attitude and willingness to follow direction
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurability requirements
