Health IT Communications Specialist
Spire Communications
The position is hybrid, with occasional onsite work at the client site in Washington, DC. Spire is a full-service communications firm supporting innovative programs in government, technology, healthcare, and science. We seek a creative, detail-oriented communications specialist with strong writing skills and at least 4 years of marketing or communications experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing work and is passionate about storytelling, digital engagement, and messaging. Candidates must demonstrate initiative, strong workplace efficiency, and the flexibility to assume new responsibilities and pivot to different subject areas. The ideal candidate will have experience working with health technology companies and/or with federal health agencies. Medical (United Healthcare), dental (CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield), and vision (United Concordia) plans paid at 100% (employee premium) plus 30% contribution to family premium. Monthly $50 'wellness' stipend for gym memberships, spa services, etc. Life and disability insurance (short- and long-term). 18 days PTO and 8 federal holidays per year (+Veterans Day for those who have served). Home office expense reimbursement. 401(k) plan with automatic 3% of salary employer contribution. Annual stipend for employee and/or job-related training. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spire Communications
