Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Denver, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Nursing position in a healthcare facility. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in accordance with regulatory standards. The nurse will assess patient health status, develop and evaluate care plans, provide health education and counseling, and support patient well-being through therapy and treatment. Job Details: Schedule: Evening Shift, 12 hours shift time, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) from an accredited school of nursing, current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and at least 1 year of nursing experience primarily in emergency or acute care settings Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing and certification relevant to emergency or trauma care, such as TNCC or ENPC Additional Information: Responsibilities include executing delegated medical functions, referring patients for further evaluation, monitoring treatment plans, documenting in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines, and utilizing appropriate resources. May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications, and to be placed on-call during scheduled shifts.
