• Identify client needs and recommend tailored mortgage protection solutions

• Educate clients on life insurance policies with living benefits for disability, critical illness, or chronic conditions

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources

• Follow up with prospects to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and carrier offerings

• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive, high-energy team

Requirements

• Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one—we provide full guidance)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently while managing your schedule effectively

• Basic computer skills for CRM and client management

• Own a device to conduct business Ipad, laptop desktop and phone
