Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure consistent messaging.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on ROI, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, media agencies, and partners.
• Supervise and mentor marketing team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing management or similar roles.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
