Social Skills Specialists

Teens need connection, confidence, and real-world social skills. We\'re hiring Part-Time Social Skills Specialists to work with pre-teens (12+), teens, and young adults in our Social Skills Training Program at CBC Education. This role focuses on: Conversation and peer interaction Emotional regulation Perspective-taking Community-based life skills Small group and 1:1 social coaching If you enjoy working with adolescents and want to make a measurable impact on independence and long-term outcomes — this is a meaningful opportunity. Paid training (CPR & CPI included) Paid drive time + mileage Flexible schedule Growth opportunities Bilingual incentive Company cell Serving Los Angeles & San Gabriel Valley Bachelor\'s in Psychology or related field required Since 2002, CBC Education has supported individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities through ABA, DIR/Floortime, and Social Skills programs.
