Join a global leader in the fragrance and flavor industry! We're seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to help elevate food safety and quality programs at our Florence, KY location.
- Maintain and improve quality and food safety systems.
- Lead internal audits and monthly inspections.
- Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Support certifications (Halal, Kosher, Organic) and regulatory audits.
- Train staff on quality and safety protocols.
- Conduct vendor audits and drive compliance.
- Bachelor's in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
- 3+ years in Quality Assurance or Food Safety.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/22000, FSSC 22000, FDA (PCQI preferred).
- SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Auditor experience is a plus.
