Attorney - Personal Injury
A growing, client-focused law practice is seeking experienced Personal Injury Attorneys to join a high-performing litigation team. This role is ideal for attorneys with a strong track record in personal injury matters who value integrity, collaboration, and results-driven advocacy.
The OpportunityYou'll manage a diverse personal injury caseload and represent clients across multiple court levels within Virginia, supported by advanced legal technology and a collaborative team environment focused on professional growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate new cases and conduct client intakes
- Maintain proactive communication with current and prospective clients
- Manage all aspects of pre-litigation, including case valuation and claim optimization
- Lead settlement negotiations and oversee recovery disbursements
- Advocate for clients across Virginia jurisdictions
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, focus groups, and settlement conferences
Build strong client relationships and mentor junior attorneys
Active license to practice law in Virginia
- Proven experience in personal injury litigation , including trial work and negotiations
Strong client advocacy, communication, and case management skills
