Front of House Manager

Due to our current growth and expansion, we are seeking experienced professionals for several Front of House Manager positions available at our restaurants. Responsibilities Hiring, scheduling, managing, and training the front‑of‑house team. Maintaining a clean and organized front‑of‑house. Creating an exceptional guest experience. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and participating in audits and inspections. Providing conflict resolution and ensuring disciplinary/termination procedures are followed and workplace standards are upheld. Continuously wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and conducting temperature screenings. Qualifications Previous experience working in a fast‑paced environment. One (1) year of previous restaurant experience (required). Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team (1 year required). Excellent communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS. US work authorization (required). High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Serve Safe certification (preferred). Flexibility and an open schedule to cover shifts as needed. Reliable transportation to get to work. Ability to work an 8+ hour shift, which may include weekends. Experience: Required. Languages: English – Advanced.
