Regional Dietitian (Skilled Nursing)

Overview Premier Nursing Home Group - Regional Dietitian (Skilled Nursing) to support two skilled nursing facilities , with the opportunity to grow into a broader regional leadership role over time. This position offers autonomy, leadership exposure, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on resident care and clinical outcomes. Travel is required between two facilities located approximately 30 minutes apart . Responsibilities Oversee nutrition and dietary services across multiple facilities Complete nutritional assessments, care plans, and resident evaluations Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes Support dietary staff and nutrition-related programs Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential required Active state licensure/certification required Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required Multi-site experience a bonus, but not required Ability to travel between assigned facilities Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and Paid Holidays Growth and advancement opportunities Leadership development potential If you're looking for a role that offers growth, autonomy, and the opportunity to make an impact across multiple facilities, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Nursing Home Group
