We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing clinical team. In this vital role, you will act as a bridge for our Spanish-speaking patients while providing expert clinical support to our doctors. This position is perfect for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care and education to a diverse patient base.

Requirements
Certification: Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Texas.
Language: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Bilingual) is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in dental assisting.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-first mentality.
Logistics: Must reside within a 25-mile radius of Fort Worth, TX 76116.
Job Description
Patient Interaction: Greet patients with a warm smile and provide clear communication in both English and Spanish to ensure a comfortable experience.
Chairside Assisting: Assist the doctor during a variety of dental examinations and clinical procedures with efficiency and precision.
Clinical Preparation: Set up, break down, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments according to strict safety and infection control protocols.
Administrative Support: Assist with managing patient schedules and front-office flow to ensure a seamless office experience.
Insurance Coordination: Verify dental insurance coverage and help patients understand their benefits (experience in this area is a significant plus).
Radiography: Capture high-quality diagnostic digital X-rays as directed by the doctor.

Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: Alternate Saturdays (Specific hours to be discussed)
Tuesday & Sunday: Closed
