The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Job Duties Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, break rooms, and restrooms. Restock supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper) as needed. Monitor and remove trash and debris from public areas and outdoor spaces. Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spills. Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings or events. Inspect and report maintenance (e.g., light bulb replacement, plumbing problems. Maintain a neat and professional appearance while providing courteous customer service. Requirements Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Good communication skills and a customer -oriented attitude. Requires physical activity such as lifting, bending and walking.
