Physician – Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% outpatient Primary Care Physician role focused on adult medicine (patients 18+)
• Ask about a 4-day work week schedule option
• Full-time, weekday schedule with minimal call responsibilities
• Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months – phone call only
• Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment available
• Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
• Supportive, team-based environment with easy access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Efficient operations with robust staffing including nursing support and your own Medical Assistant
• Utilizes EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
• Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers
• Continuous development opportunities through Provider Leadership Development Institute and on-demand learning platform including CME
• Must hold an unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license or be eligible
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
