Construction Project Manager - Bids, Proposals & CPM

Halmar International

Halmar International is seeking a qualified professional to review bids, develop proposals, and prepare bid estimates, schedules, and methods for large highway projects in the region. The role interfaces with clients and subs/vendors and offers potential progression to Project Manager or Construction Manager roles managing large delivery projects.
