Always Best Care Boerne - Caregiver Location: Fredericksburg, TX Service Area: Texas Hill Country Territory - Office located in Boerne, TX Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour, based on experience Shifts: Flexible scheduling with shifts starting in 4-hour increments, with opportunities for live-in shifts. Monday-Sunday, with AM and PM shifts available. Minimum Requirement: 20 hours per month We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide in-home care and support for seniors in the Fredericksburg and surrounding Texas Hill Country areas. Caregivers assist clients with daily activities, companionship, mobility, meals, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. You will play an important role in helping clients maintain their independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility and transfer support to ensure client comfort and safety Provide medication reminders Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment Provide companionship and emotional support Document and report changes in client conditions to the supervising team Encourage recreational activities and social engagement Help ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times Qualifications Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per month Willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required - training provided Passionate about helping seniors and making a difference in their lives Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistance Dependable, patient, empathetic, and trustworthy Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation 3 professional references Must pass a background check and drug screen Why Join Us?
