RN Per Diem

2 Central Behavioral Health, HHS Hunterdon Healthcare System Inc., 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ Employment Type: Per Diem, All shifts. Hiring Range: $58.00 hourly. Position Summary Provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence‑based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance. Primary Position Responsibilities Facilitate and coordinate total patient care Documentation of care Maintain professional development Education of patient and family Patient advocate Maintain patient safety Required Qualifications All hires after July 2012 must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Associates Degree or Diploma RN must provide proof of enrollment in a BSN program prior to hire, be continuously enrolled, and complete within 5 years of hire date or internal promotion date. Associates Degree AND 2 years of experience in the specialty area will be accepted in lieu of BSN. Current NJ RN licensure American Heart Association CPR certification Completion of Hunterdon Health’s approved behavior management training upon hire and annually thereafter Preferred Qualifications Acute Care Psychiatric experience Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse certification or other specialty certification Hunterdon Health is committed to providing a competitive benefit package to our employees.
