What You Will Do As Senior Manager, Global Insights, you will facilitate decision enablement across the Commercial organization by leading insight generation through primary market research, strategic secondary analytics, and synthesis of internal knowledge. You will engage with multiple brands and address business issues ranging from early pipeline development to LCM indications. Integrate insights from primary market research, competitive intelligence, and secondary data to address business needs. Plan, design, and conduct primary market research—including HCP, patient, and payer studies—for assets at various stages of the product lifecycle. Leverage existing research or knowledge synthesis to inform new business decisions. Create global performance dashboards in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial Analytics, and Market Research teams. Conduct ad hoc strategic secondary analytics to support decision‑making. Clearly communicate ideas and insights via written or verbal presentations. Lead cross‑region and cross‑portfolio initiatives with global, regional, and local commercial partners. Set priorities and manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. Flexible commuter role to Thousand Oaks, US headquarters site. You will work on‑site a minimum of two days a week. Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree and 2 years of primary market research, management consulting, and/or strategic insights generation experience. Master’s degree and 4 years of primary market research, management consulting, and/or strategic insights generation experience. Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of primary market research, management consulting, and/or strategic insights generation experience. Associate’s degree and 10 years of primary market research, management consulting, and/or strategic insights generation experience. High school diploma/GED and 12 years of primary market research, management consulting, and/or strategic insights generation experience. Preferred Qualifications Ability to extract, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources into clear, concise formats with rigor and high accuracy. Strong knowledge of drug development in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience leading primary market research. Strategic thinking to support key business decisions. Collaboration skills across functional groups in a team‑based environment. Excellent presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts and findings to diverse audiences, including senior management. Experience prioritizing multiple responsibilities, tasks, and projects concurrently. Familiarity with biopharmaceutical industry datasets and databases.
