Job Summary Mid‑level associate with 3+years of experience to support Fenwick’s Technology Transactions practice. Responsibilities Advise on intellectual and commercial aspects of complex technology transactions Work on intellectual property and contract law matters for early‑stage and later‑stage technology companies Assist with M&A and other corporate transactions Qualifications Substantial law firm experience Strong understanding of intellectual property and contract law Experience with complex commercial transactions Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills Location Boston New York Silicon Valley San Francisco Santa Monica Licensing Candidate must be admitted to the bar in the state of the office or eligible to sit for the next bar exam. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $260,000–$390,000. Discretionary bonus possible based on performance.
