HVAC Service Technician
Mahalo Heating & Air Conditioning is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team!
Pay: $25.00$35.00 per hour (DOE) Location: Roseburg, OR Schedule: Full-Time
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate repair options clearly.
- Complete service documentation accurately and maintain a clean company vehicle.
- Respond to after-hours emergency service calls during scheduled on-call rotations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
- Must be available to participate in an after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation.
