Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) – Skilled Nursing Facility We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses/LVNs to provide care on a 12‑hour day shift or overnight shift in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long‑Term Care Unit. The position offers a sign‑on bonus of $3,000, flexible full‑time, part‑time, or per‑diem scheduling, and a competitive hourly rate up to $34 based on experience. Responsibilities Provide nursing care for residents of the Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Administer medication, including IV therapy, and document administration accurately. Obtain and record vital signs and monitor patient status. Deliver resident care and treatments, monitoring outcomes. Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans. Communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Qualifications / Requirements Current Tennessee LPN license. Valid RN or LPN license with required state credentials. Experience caring for SNF or long‑term care residents preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
