This role offers a flexible schedule, no weekends, and plays a significant role in your local community! Job Summary: The focus of this position is to assist with preparation, serving, and clean-up for congregate and home-delivered meals, youth, and school meals. This position also involves food preparation, dishwashing, sanitizing work areas, and cleaning equipment, appliances, and floors. Qualifications and Requirements: Ability to work independently, follow directions, and perform tasks efficiently and accurately. Effective communication skills. Ability to read and follow verbal directions. Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene in accordance with dress code. Engage with diners to promote a welcoming atmosphere, representing Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS). Must pass a Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) background check and have a valid driver’s license; Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required.
