Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a passion for property to join our high-performing and growing team. Core Marketing Skills Market Research & Analysis - understanding audiences, competitors, and trends. Branding & Positioning - building and maintaining a clear, consistent brand identity. Content Creation - writing, storytelling, and creating engaging material across different platforms. Digital Marketing - SEO, SEM, email campaigns, paid ads, and social media management. Data & Analytics - measuring performance, interpreting KPIs, and making data-driven decisions. Customer Journey Mapping - understanding touchpoints and how customers move from awareness to purchase. Campaign Management - planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns. Technical Skills Graphic & Video Tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, basic video editing) Soft Skills Creativity & Innovation - thinking outside the box to capture attention. Communication - clear writing, persuasive speaking, and tailoring messages to audiences. Collaboration & Teamwork - working with sales, product, and leadership teams. Adaptability - staying on top of trends and adjusting strategies quickly. Project Management - prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple campaigns.
