Job Status: Full Time

Salary: $75K to $80K, based on experience

Schedule:

• 7 on / 7 off, Monday-Sunday
• Monday - Friday: 4PM - 8AM
• Weekend: Saturday at 8AM to Monday at 8AM
• A combination of day and evening shifts

Location: Hit the road without the extra coststhis role includes travel and a company car is provided.

Requirements:

• RN license in the state of Wisconsin, required
• Current, valid driver's license, required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in home hospice or home health preferred
