A Step Down Unit registered nurse position is available in Lawton, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a step down unit and must bring their Oklahoma license on the first day. This role involves providing care for patients in a specialized unit that manages conditions such as STEMI/NSTEMI, CHF, and post‑cardiothoracic surgery, among others. Flexibility is required as there is no block scheduling, and candidates should be prepared for a schedule that includes six weekend shifts every six weeks.
