Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long Term Care | Dedham & Roslindale, MA

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Long Term Care assignments in Dedham and Roslindale, MA. These are full-time, 40-hour/week contracts with strong extension potential. MA license not required.

Locations & Start Dates

• Dedham, MA Start 6/1

  • 3 openings: 7a3p, EOW

  • 1 opening: 3p11p, EOW

• Roslindale, MA Start 5/11

  • 1 opening: 7a3p, EOW

  • 1 opening: 3p11p, EOW

Assignment Details

• 40 hours/week

• 13-week contract

• High probability of extension

• MA license not required

Role Overview

The LPN provides high-quality nursing care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living setting. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering safe, effective patient care

• Making sound clinical judgments with appropriate supervision

• Monitoring and documenting patient status

• Administering medications and treatments

• Supporting interdisciplinary care and patient coordination

• Upholding nursing standards and facility policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of LTC, LTAC, Rehab, or Med Surg experience

• Active LPN license (MA not required)

• Current BLS

• Current PPD or Chest X-ray

• Current health certificate (if applicable)

• Successful completion of specialty screening & background check
