HR Business Partner: Metrics-Driven Decision Support

JAM Dance Academy, LLC

Enbridge in Manhattan, KS is looking for an HR Business Partner to lead reporting and decision support, owning critical people metrics and governance. The role partners with leadership to forecast staffing needs and optimize employee relations while ensuring compliance and alignment with business strategy.

You will work closely with legal and compliance, develop a trusted 360-degree feedback model, and help set guardrails for internships and go-to-market plans.
